About SnarkDrop

SnarkDrop is an online graphic apparel brand offering original and curated graphic designs on made-to-order products.

Many SnarkDrop products are produced specifically after an order is placed through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, designs, sizes, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, printing process, garment color, or production batch.

Because many products are printed on demand, small differences in placement, size, or color may occur between the digital preview and the final printed product.

These normal production variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product Availability

Products, designs, colors, sizes, collections, and drops may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Some products may be available only for a limited period or as part of a particular SnarkDrop edition or collection.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on SnarkDrop are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully completed unless required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or administrative error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Shipping

Shipping terms, availability, and delivery estimates may vary based on the destination, product, production partner, and carrier.

Orders placed directly through snarkdrop.com are currently available for shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered through our website. Shipping availability through third-party marketplaces may differ.

Where SnarkDrop displays Free Shipping, the shipping cost is included in the pricing structure of the product and no separate standard shipping charge will be added unless otherwise disclosed during checkout.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days. After production, Standard Shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the production partner and destination.

As a general estimate, customers should allow approximately 6–15 business days from order placement to delivery, including production and transportation.

Delivery estimates include both production and transportation time and are estimates only.

SnarkDrop cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable, additional production or shipping charges may apply.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address error. Once an order enters production or ships, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders and Production

Because SnarkDrop products may be made to order, production can begin shortly after an order is completed.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it can later be modified or canceled.

Payment

SnarkDrop does not directly store your complete credit or debit card number.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size information before ordering.

Because our products may be produced specifically for each order, selecting the wrong size does not automatically qualify the order for a free exchange or replacement.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment or shipping partners when appropriate.

If a carrier marks a shipment as delivered but you cannot locate it, additional investigation may be required.

SnarkDrop is not automatically responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

SMS Communications

SnarkDrop may send non-promotional text messages regarding customer inquiries, order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support. Customers who separately consent to promotional communications may also receive text messages about new drops, discounts, and special offers.

Messages may be sent by our team or our AI assistant. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
